1. Pre-heat sections at 56 °C for 1 hour
2. Immerse in xylene bath for 5 minutes at room
temperature (RT). Repeat with fresh xylene.
3. Rehydrate in 95% ethanol for 2
.1 mM EDTA,
0.25 mM DTT, 0.1 mM PMSF, and 25% glycerol.
