[Studies on the constituents from the stems of Spatholobus suberectus].

To investigate the constituents from the Stems of Spatholobus suberectus. The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their strutures were identified on base of physical and spectral data. Five compounds were isolated and identified as 2-methoxy-4-(2'-hydroxyethyl)-phenyl-1-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), n-butyl-O-beta-D-fructo pyranoside (2), glycerol-alpha-pentacosanoate (3), betulinic acid (4) and hexacosanoic acid (5). The five compounds were obtained for the frist time from the stems of Spatholobus suberectus.
