Biochem/physiol Actions

作用机制：链霉素可通过与30S核糖体亚基的S12蛋白结合而抑制原核生物蛋白的合成，从而阻止了从模拟复合物向链延长核糖体的转变。 这会导致编码错误或抑制启动。

耐药性机制：rpsL这种S12核糖体蛋白基因中的突变可阻止链霉素与核糖体结合。 一种氨基糖苷磷酸转移酶也可使链霉素失活。

抗菌谱：链霉素能够对抗革兰氏阴性和革兰氏阳性菌。

Preparation Note

直接在样品瓶中用无菌水 (25-20mg/ml) 制备储存液。储存液应在 -20°C 下保存。在 37°C 下可稳定 3 天。

Disclaimer

Solutions can be stored at 2-8°C for up to a month or at -20°C for more extended periods. At 37°C, solutions are stable for three days.
