The gene encoding Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 10-like (ARHGEF10L) is localized on human chromosome 1p36.13. It possesses two suggested transmembrane helices, a Dbl homology domain and a putative WD40-like domain. ARHGEF10L mRNA is expressed in the pancreas and skeletal muscles.

Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 10-like (ARHGEF10L) has a role in the guanosine-5′-biphosphate/guanosine-5′-triphosphate (GDP/GTP) exchange of the Ras homolog gene family, member A (RhoA) protein in vitro. It has also been observed to take part in the activation of RhoA.
