Analysis Note
在报道中，凝集活性以μg/ml表示，用pH 6.8的磷酸盐缓冲液连续稀释1 mg/ml溶液进行测定。 该活性是指25℃孵育1小时后使2％人A型血红细胞混悬液凝集的最低浓度。
