General description

m-Toluidine (MT) is an aromatic amine. It has been reported as a fragile molecular glass-forming liquid. Mechanical αα-relaxation process of MT has been described.

Application

m-Toluidine may be used in the preparation of following:
  • Pyrrole(PY)/m-toluidine (MT) copolymers, via oxidative polymerization.
  • La/Sm-doped strontium-ferrite/poly-m-toluidine) (PMT) composites.4
  • Pyrrole and m-toluidine copolymer (P(PY/MT))/montmorillonite (MMT) composites.
  • La-doped Barium-ferrite/Poly-m-toluidine composites.6
