一般描述

氯化铂(IV)是一种弱刘易斯酸,用于表面修饰、纳米材料合成和催化。

应用

氯化铂(IV)可用于结晶和无定形二氧化钛粉末的表面修饰,以改善其光催化效率。由于氯化铂(IV)表面络合物在可见光下激发而进入二氧化钛导电带的电子将氧还原成超氧化物。由此形成的超氧化物导致了光降解反应。

铂纳米颗粒可以通过氯化铂(IV)与藻青菌反应以环保的方法来合成。

它还可用作立体和区域选择性糖苷化反应的双功能催化剂。由于其配体结合能力,氯化铂(IV)对糖基受体羟基有亲和力,并形成具有β构型的糖苷化产物。它还可以增强羟基之间的亲核性差异,从而实现区域选择性糖苷化。
