Application

Lithium cobalt phosphate (LCP) with the phospho-olivine structure is a high voltage cathode material for rechargeable lithium ion batteries. The material retains its structure and crystallinity after repeated charge-discharge cycles. The partically delithiated material shows high thermal stability as well.
