General description

墨水组成：
墨水中含有水、2-丁氧基乙醇、1-甲氧基-2-戊醇和1，2丙二醇以及聚噻吩导电聚合物和非导电聚合物。

Application

推荐应用方法：旋涂，狭缝涂布。

Preparation Note

  • 请勿冷冻。如果墨水经过反复冻融，哪怕只有一次，质量也会受到影响。
  • 直接将墨水加入到水中可能会引起沉淀。
  • 与其他溶剂混合可能会引起沉淀。
  • 在加入墨水之前，应使用水与2-丁氧基乙醇比例大约为60:40的溶剂体系对印刷/涂布设备进行底漆处理。
  • 干涸的墨水可用1:1混合的水和甲醇进行清理。
