Use a décapsuleur to collect the CryoCapsule clipped in the plate when using a HPM100. The CryoCapsule is transferred into the décapsuleur while in the freeze substitution solution. A piston presses on the middle plate to bend it and a secondary piston expels the CryoCapsule held in the bore of the de´capsuleur full of FS solution.
