General description
用于吸附、分配和离子交换技术的薄层色谱 (TLC) 板。可选择玻璃、聚酯或铝质等六种不同材料的板。Sigma-Aldrich 薄层层析板上的硅胶吸附层含有聚合物粘合剂；高度纯化的硅胶板含有石膏/聚合物粘合剂。
- 硅胶 — 用于从弱极性到强极性的分离，孔径 60Å
- 高纯度硅胶 —·经酸洗，用于分离黄曲霉素
- 纤维素 —·用于分配色谱（SigmaCell 100 型纤维素）
- 纤维素 PEI —·用于分离弱阴离子（氨基酸、多肽）。PEI 板可能会稍稍变黄，这会影响分离。使用蒸馏水对板进行预展开，尽可能去除黄色。
- 手性硅 —·用于以配体交换方式分离光学活性同分异构体，孔径 60Å
