Convenient, easy systems for preparing air- and moisture-sensitive NMR samples within a controlled manifold environment.
NMR Tube Filling Technique
1. Insert NMR tube through the open top cap and Viton^® O-ring, Evacuate NMR tube
2. Fill NMR tube with a syringe through the PTFE-faced silicone septa
3. Tip-off NMR tube or remove tube and cap
Manifolds have 0-10 mm bore PTFE valves. The multiple filling station units allow removal of one NMR tube while the remaining tube(s) stay under vacuum
