ACD/2D NMR Processor

ACD/2D NMR Processor allows you to import and process the 2D spectrum for a wide variety of 2D experiments including one-bond and long-range variants of H,H COSY, C,C COSY (INADEQUATE), C,H COSY (HETCOR), as well as H,H and C,H J-resolved spectra. Tools include transparent spectrum overlay, distance measurement and auto-processing.

• View slices and 3D projections and simultaneously view and manipulate spectrum in 3D
• Save any cross-section (sum of cross-sections) as 1D spectrum
• Attach 1D spectra to the spectrum
• Attach the chemical structure and additional data to the spectrum
• Annotate signals and spectrum regions
• Manually assign diagonal and cross-peaks to any atom or portion of chemical structure
