Binder vacuum drying oven VD series

The VD series exhibits outstanding temperature performances, with the crucial safety plus system ensuring that all risks due to ignition sources in the inner chamber are excluded. The patented APT.Line^® expansion rack technology guarantees both precise tempering of the drying material and an homogeneous temperature distribution, providing a fundamental prerequisite for validation.

The unique APT.Line^® preheating chamber technology provides complete tempering of all five chambler walls. Consequently, condensation is avoided, so that drying results are not impaired by moisture deposits. In addition, corrosive vapours cannot condense on the walls, which in conjunction with the high quality stainless steel chamber, guarantees perfect corrosion protection.

The new Cross-Flow, inertisation guarantees complete flushing through of the inner chamber providing particularly even and shorter drying time. All fittings can be removed for easy cleaning of the smooth inner chamber.
