2mag control unit for MIXdrive 1 XL stirring drive, variable SoftStart function (4-stage) for reliable catching/centering and safe acceleration of the stirring rod, adjustable interval times for automatic restart of the stirrer after up to 240 seconds. 20 watts stirring power, speed range from 70 to 2,000 rpm, jerk-free stirring even at low speeds, 4-stage power setting. Digital display for speed and interval setting, QuickSet for quickly setting the initial or maximum speed, QuickStop function to prevent after-running and glass breakage, saving the last functional state when switched off. Equipped with an RS232 interface as standard.








An absolute innovation is the integrated contact-free stirring rod monitoring mixWATCH. As soon as the magnetic coupling between the magnetic stirrer and stirring rod is lost due to a speed set too high or changing viscosities, the stirrer is stopped, the stirring rod is re-centered and gently accelerated again. The set speed is automatically reduced by 100 rpm to ensure reliable stirring. The process is repeated until the system is running reliably. mixWATCH guarantees a very high level of operational reliability, e.g. with containers and vessels that cannot be seen, but also with unattended operation overnight.
