General description
15-ketocholestene is the oxidized derivative of cholesterol and is associated with plasma.
Application
15-ketocholestene has been used to test its binding to RAb2E9 recombinant monoclonal (RAb) antibody using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). It has also been used as an antigen to test its reactivity with IgG in multiple sclerosis samples.
