General description

DSPE-PEG2k-Tetrazine is a high-purity synthetic phospholipid modified with PEG2000 and a tetrazine group. PEGylation offers steric stabilization, enhancing circulation time and minimizing clearance by the reticuloendothelial system (RES). The tetrazine moiety enables bioorthogonal click chemistry, reacting selectively with trans-cyclooctene (TCO) in complex biological environments without disrupting native biological functions.
