应用

14:0 Ps可作为掺入血清脂质样品的内标，用于液相色谱-质谱分析。另外还可作为单分子层磷脂组分，通过模拟癌细胞膜研究抗癌药阿霉素 (Dox) 的相互作用。它还在脂质结合试验中用于评估单克隆抗体 (mAb) 的脂质结合。

生化/生理作用

磷脂酰丝氨酸 (PS) 有助于激活蛋白激酶C (PKC)。它可能具有抗炎性。PS也参与酪氨酸羟化酶活化。它还参与Ca2+和葡萄糖的摄取。
