磷脂酰肌醇(PI)可作为前体,生成水溶性磷酸肌醇。18:1 PI(1,2-二油酰基-sn-甘油-3-磷酸-(1′-肌肌醇)/DOPI)可作为溶酶体磷脂酶A2(LPLA2)的底物,并促进其活性。
