应用
1,2-dipalmitoyl-3-trimethylammonium-propane (16:0 TAP) is suitable to prepare lipid monolayer/liposome:
- to mimic the presence of the cationic charge localized in the membrane for understanding the electrostatic effects in the biological membranes and to study its interaction with zearalenone and selenate ions
- to study its effect on the L-pro catalyzed reaction
- to serve as a positive control, to determine the effectiveness of anionic phospholipids for pro-inflammatory responses
