N-Desmethylclomipramine is a primary plasma metabolite of the tricyclic antidepressant clomipramine. Clomipramine is a tricyclic antidepressant used to treat many conditions from major depression and panic disorder to narcolepsy and obsessive compulsion disorder (OCD).
