Application
Ritonavir is a protease inhibitor antiretroviral prescribed for the treatment of HIV infection and AIDs. Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of ritonavir concentrations in patient serum is performed to avoid concentration-related adverse effects such as hepatic and renal toxicity. This Certified Spiking Solution® is suitable for use as starting materials in the preparation of calibrators, controls, or linearity standards for a variety of LC-MS/MS or GC/MS testing applications including TDM and clinical and diagnostic testing.
