一般描述

Ca2+/钙调蛋白依赖性激酶家族包括CaM激酶I至IV,磷酸化酶激酶和MLCK。在没有刺激的情况下,CaM激酶是无活性的。与Ca2+/钙调蛋白的结合诱导构象变化和激活。CaM激酶具有广泛的底物特异性,具有许多细胞功能。

应用

生化/生理作用

基于与免疫原序列的100%同源性,预期在小鼠和大鼠中发生交叉反应。
当在Met281/282上氧化时,该抗体可识别CaM激酶II。

制备说明

自收到之日起,在-20°C条件下可稳定保存1年。
处理建议:收到后,在取下瓶盖之前,将小瓶离心并轻轻混合溶液。

分析说明

通过蛋白质印迹在未处理和经H2O2处理的小鼠心脏细胞裂解液中进行了评估。

蛋白质印迹分析: 该抗体的1:1,000稀释液用于检测小鼠心脏细胞裂解液中氧化的CaM激酶II。
