Detection of the peroxidase reaction in leukocytes

LEUCOGNOST POX is a cytochemical reagent kit, which can be used for the detection of peroxidase reaction in leukocytes. The LEUCOGNOST peroxidase reaction is specially for the cytochemically significant myeloperoxidase reaction, is used to detect myeloid cell elements, where it is possible to obtain a good estimate of the degree of maturity of the maturing granulocytes from the intensity of the black-brown color reaction. It is developed and registered as CE / IVD product for applications in diagnostics.The staining kit is suffi cient for 12 stainings with up to 16 slides.
