General description

It is a preparation with defined composition that replaces Triton X-100 with Tween-20, addressing concerns of Triton X-100 as an endocrine disruptor, delivering improved safety.

Application

T7 RNA polymerase is the core enzyme used in in vitro transcription (IVT) workflows for the production of messenger RNA (mRNA). It catalyzes the synthesis of RNA from a DNA template containing a T7 promoter sequence. Its high specificity and robust transcription efficiency make it the standard choice for manufacturing mRNA therapeutics and vaccines.
