General description
在温和条件下与伯胺反应生物素化蛋白质。由于它是水溶性的，因此该化合物可用于生物素化细胞表面蛋白和对有机溶剂敏感的蛋白。
生物素-NHS的水溶性形式。水溶性非常方便，无需在使用前将试剂溶解在有机溶剂（如二甲基甲酰胺（DMF）和二甲基亚砜（DMSO））中。
Preparation Note
