Anti-CD40L Mouse mAb (24-31)

Anti-CD40L, mouse monoclonal, clone 24-32, recognizes the ~36 kDa CD40L (gp39) on activated CD3+ human PBL. It is validated for FC, WB, IP, IHC on frozen sections, and for neutralization studies.

In 150 mM NaCl, 100 mM KCl, 50 mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5.

Following initial use, aliquot and freeze (-20°C) for long-term storage. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.

This antibody immunoprecipitates the ~39 kDa CD40L (gp39). It will stain activated CD3+ human PBL and will functionally block MLR, spg39 induced B-cell proliferation and T-cell dependent B-cell differentiation. FACS was performed on 5x10⁵ ficoll-prepared PHA/PMA stimulated human peripheral white blood cells using anti-CD40L at 10 µg/ml and FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. This antibody has also been reported to work for frozen sections and immunoprecipitation. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
