Casein-α, His•Tag^® Fusion

Full-length, recombinant human casein-α fused to protein expressed with N-terminal His•Tag and S•Tag sequences at the N-terminus. It is qualified for use as a substrate for protein tyrosine kinases in in vitro assays and may also serve as a good substrate for proteases. It is expected to be phosphorylated at Ser⁷¹ by PKA, Ser⁸⁹ by CK-2, and Tyr¹⁰⁹ by EGFR kinase.
