General description

Anti-Fibrinogen, rabbit polyclonal, recognizes human fibrinogen. It is validated for use in ELISA, immunoelectrophoresis, and radial immunodiffusion.
Rabbit polyclonal antibody purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and DEAE-cellulose ion exchange chromatography. Recognizes the fibrinogen protein.

Other Notes

Monospecific for fibrinogen as determined by a single arc by immunoelectrophoresis against whole human plasma. This antibody has also been reported to work for radial immunodiffusion. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
