This antibody also works in plants, specifically cotton, by immunoblot analysis. Has also been reported to work for immunoprecipitation, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, and electron microscopy. Note: Rat immunoglobulins do not react well with protein A. For immunoprecipitation, protein G is recommended. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
