General description
Immunoaffinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Recognizes mouse IgG, heavy and light chains.
This Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG, H & L Chain Specific Peroxidase Conjugate is validated for use in Enzyme Immunoassay, Immunoelectrophoresis for the detection of Mouse IgG, H & L Chain Specific.
Other Notes
o-Phenylenediamine, 1 mg/ml in citrate buffer, pH 4.5, 0.1% urea peroxide at 25°C, was used as substrate for testing immunoenzyme reactivity. Monospecific for mouse IgG, heavy and light chains, as determined by immunoelectrophoresis against normal mouse serum. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.

Neuronal activity orchestrates the proper development of the neuronal circuitry by regulating both transcriptional and post-transcriptional gene expression programmes. How these programmes are coordinated, however, is largely unknown. We found that the transcription of miR379-410, a large cluster of brain-specific

Hyperlipemia is becoming a chronic disease that threatens human health. At the same time, people pay more and more attention to hyperlipemia. Holothuria Leucospilota polysaccharide (HLP) has been reported to ameliorate hyperlipidemia in high-fat diet-induced rats. Therefore, this study aimed

Recent studies using primary neuronal cultures have revealed important roles of the microRNA pathway in the regulation of neuronal development and morphology. For example, miR-134 is involved in dendritogenesis and spine development in hippocampal neurons by regulating local mRNA translation

Several lines of evidence suggest that antidepressant drugs may act by modulating neuroplasticity pathways in key brain areas like the hippocampus. We have reported that chronic treatment with fasudil, a Rho-associated protein kinase inhibitor, prevents both chronic stress-induced depressive-like behavior
