Isopeptidase T, Rabbit

Native, rabbit isopeptidase T. A member of the higher molecular weight group of ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolases (UCHs) involved in the hydrolysis of isopeptide linkages of polyUb chains. Ipase-T activity is regulated by ubiquitin levels. Plays a major role in ubiquitin recycling and in the regulation of 26S proteasome activity. Recommended reaction buffer: 25 mM HEPES, 10 mM DTT, 25°C, pH 7.5. Pre-incubate the enzyme for 15 minutes with 10 mM DTT to achieve maximum activity.

Fully functional as measured using 5 nM Ipase-T and 1 µM Ub-AMC (Cat. No. 662075)

In 150 mM NaCl, 50 mM HEPES, 1 mM DTT, pH 7.6.

Following initial thaw, aliquot and freeze (-70°C).
