General description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied as undiluted serum. Recognizes all forms of MMP-9 under reducing and non-reducing conditions.
Recognizes all forms of MMP-9 under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Exhibits only slight cross-reactivity with MMP-2. Does not cross-react with MMP-1, MMP-3, or MMP-8.

Exhibits very slight reactivity with MMP-2. Does not cross-react with collagenases, MMP-1, MMP-3, or MMP-8. This antibody has also been reported to work for ELISA. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
