Recombinant, human β-nerve growth factor expressed in NSO cells. Involved in neuroimmune interactions and inflammation.

ED₅₀ = 800-1500 pg/ml as measured in a cell proliferation assay using a factor-dependent human erythroleukemic cell line

Lyophilized from sterile-filtered solution in PBS containing 50 µg BSA/µg β-NGF.

Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-70°C). Avoid freeze/thaw cycles of solutions. Stock solutions are stable for up to 3 months at -70°C.

Reconstitute to a concentration ≥1 µg/ml with sterile PBS containing at least 0.1% HSA or BSA.
