General description

一种有效的Gsα-选择性G蛋白拮抗剂。抑制GTPγS与Gsα-s结合的速率（IC50=140 nM），但不抑制Giα-1。通过外源添加的Gsα-s抑制S49 cyc细胞（缺乏内源性Gsα）中腺苷酸环化酶活性的刺激。还阻断β-肾上腺素能受体与Gs的偶联（EC50 = 7.9 µM）。作为人P2X受体的可逆竞争性拮抗剂，在人P2X（1）上表现出比在P2X（7）受体上更高的效价（IC50分别为50 nM和40 µM）。
