General description

PANSORBIN细胞是加热灭活的,福尔马林固定的金黄色葡萄球菌细胞,其具有蛋白A的外壳,并已通过Kessler的方法进行了腌制。可用于B淋巴细胞的促有丝分裂刺激和免疫沉淀。
加热灭活的,福尔马林固定的金黄色葡萄球菌细胞(Cowan I菌株),含有高细胞表面密度的蛋白A,并已通过Kessler方法进行了腌制。由于蛋白A与IgG Fc结构域的高亲和相互作用,可用作固相IgG结合试剂。当抗体为人(IgG1,IgG2,IgG4),兔IgG(全部同种型)或小鼠(IgG2a,IgG2b,IgG3)时,PANSORBIN细胞的工作效果最佳。最常见的应用包括免疫沉淀和B淋巴细胞的促有丝分裂刺激。
