General description

A negative control for the Src family protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor PP2. However, it inhibits the activity of EGFR kinase (IC₅₀ = 2.7 μM).

Application

PP3 is a negative control for the Src family protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor PP2 (Cat. No. 529573). However, it inhibits the activity of EGFR kinase (IC50 = 2.7 μM).

Biochem/physiol Actions

Target IC₅₀:2.7 μM against EGFR kinase

Preparation Note

Following reconstitution, refrigerate (4°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at 4°C.
