The InhibitorSelect 96-Well Protein Tyrosine Kinase & Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Inhibitor Library IV consists of 83 pharmacologically active, potent protein kinase and phosphatase inhibitors: most of the inhibitors included in this library are cell-permeable and reversible in their action. A majority of tyrosine kinase inhibitors included act in an ATP-competitive manner. The inhibitors in this library will be useful for target identification in drug discovery, biochemical pathway analysis, screening of new protein kinases/phosphatases, and other pharmaceutical-related applications. Supplied with a CD containing comprehensive documentation for each inhibitor. For more information please contact our technical service department.

80 inhibitors are supplied in DMSO and 3 are supplied in H₂O, in the concentration range of 0.5-100 mM (50 µl/well).

制备说明

The contents of this pouch have been purged with nitrogen and are vacuum sealed. Cut open the pouch, take the plate out of the pouch, and allow it to thaw at room temperature. Please remove the lid gently. To re-store, purge with an inert gas, replace the lid tightly, place in a sealable bag, and store at -70°C in an upright position. Minimize freeze/thaw cycles. This product is stable for one year after receipt.
