General description
一种显示抗肿瘤特性的氟喹诺酮类抗菌化合物。显示与miRNA生物合成蛋白TAR RNA结合蛋白质2（TRBP；Kd = 12.56 µM）结合，增强RNAi并刺激miRNA表达。在一组12个癌细胞（HCT-116细胞中EC50为124 µM）中特异性诱导细胞周期阻滞和凋亡，并在异种移植小鼠模型（10 mg/kg，i.p.）中抑制肿瘤生长。
