General description
一种细胞渗透性苯并噻吩化合物，可通过与Smo七次跨膜螺旋结构域（KD = 59 nM）相互作用，调节Smo与其下游效应器的偶联。显示可诱导刺猬通路激活（NIH 3T3衍生Shh-LIGHT2细胞中的EC50 ∼3 nM）并抵消环巴胺-KAAD（目录号239804）对Smo的抑制。据报道，在低浓度下作为激活剂，在极高浓度下作为抑制剂。
