Xestospongin D, Xestospongia sp.

A membrane-permeable, reversible blocker of IP₃-mediated Ca²⁺ release (IC₅₀ = 648 nM) that is less potent than XeC (Cat. No. 682160). Also displays a high selectivity over the skeletal isoform of the ryanodine receptor type 1 (Ry1R).
