RAB35 is a member of the Rab GTPases identified in the human genome. It is ubiquitously expressed and regulates a fast endocytotic recycling events associated with the terminal steps of cytokinesis, the formation of immunological synapse, and peptide loading onto major histocompatibility complex III molecules. RAB35 also plays a significant role in the formation of the immunological synapse (IS) between peptide-loaded antigen presenting cells (APCs) and T cells.

This antibody recognizes RAB35 at the C-terminus.

Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:500 dilution from a representative lot detected RAB35 in normal human brain tissue.
This Anti-RAB35 Antibody is validated for use in WB, IH(P) for the detection of RAB35.

Evaluated by Western Blot in human brain tissue lysate.

Western Blot Analysis: 1 µg/mL of this antibody detected RAB35 on 10 µg of human brain tissue lysate.
