巨噬细胞和粒细胞表达信号调节蛋白(SIRP), SIRP是一种跨膜糖蛋白,参与细胞粘附、生长因子或胰岛素诱导的酪氨酸激酶受体信号转导的下调。它们是CD47的免疫球蛋白样细胞表面受体。CD47结合对吞噬、肥大细胞活化和树突状细胞活化有负向调控作用,可阻止未成熟树突状细胞成熟,抑制成熟树突状细胞产生细胞因子。

Biochem/physiol Actions

MAB1407P识别髓细胞和神经元选择性表达的大鼠SIRP(信号调节蛋白)。该单克隆结合在SIRP上与ED9不同的表位上。它不阻断CD172a和CD47的相互作用。
标记大多数巨噬细胞,包括常驻腹膜、肺泡和活化的巨噬细胞。对其他巨噬细胞的识别仅限于偶尔的Kupffer细胞。此外它能标记粒细胞和树突状细胞群。它还广泛地标记大脑。
预期与大鼠和小鼠发生交叉反应。
