General description

紫外线辐射抗性相关基因（UVRAG）是Beclin1-PI（3）KC3脂质激酶复合物的重要组成部分，其作为自噬和肿瘤细胞生长的重要信号检查点起作用。更具体地说，UVRAG似乎作为一种多价运输效应子起作用，其控制自噬体的形成和成熟，还控制融合装置与内体的结合。UVRAG可能是癌症治疗的有希望的靶标。
