Western blot: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL using ECL on mouse cerebellum tissue lysate. The antibody reacts with a protein of ~93 kDa. An additional band of ~35 kDa may also be seen depending on sample used.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid.

Maintain at +2-8°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months after date of receipt.
