免疫组化： 1：40稀释用于冷冻牛肝和皮肤组织的免疫荧光染色。
在2%福尔马林或PFA固定，石蜡包埋的组织上进行免疫组化需要HEIR抗原修复和增强的酶法检测；甲基卡诺、丙酮或酸醛固定可增强石蜡切片反应性。
放射免疫测定
