Anti-Hyaluronan synthase 3 Antibody

Hyaluronan synthase 3 (HAS3) is one of three enzymes, located at the plasma membrane, that synthesizes the glycosaminoglycan hyaluronan. Hyaluronan is involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, angiogenesis, and tumor development, among other cellular processes. Hyaluronan synthase 3 creates the low—molecular-weight hyaluronan, whereas hyaluronan synthase 1 and 2 create high molecular weight isoforms.

~28/60 kDa observed. An uncharacterized band appears at ~70 kDa in some lysates. The calculated molecular weight of this protein is 63 kDa for isoform 1 and 31 kDa for isoform 2, but can be observed at ~60 and ~28 kDa
