Anti-Katanin-like 1 (KL1) Antibody

Katanin-like 1 (KL1) is a mitotic regulator that is very closely related to katanin. KL1 is thought to be involved in microtubule severing because increased expression of KL1 leads to total disassembly of microtubules. KL1 is seen to localize to the spindle poles during mitosis, not to the centrosome.

~55 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands at ~210, 150, 63, and 45 may be observed in some lysates.
