Anti-NKp30/CD337 Antibody

KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to the extracellular domain of human NKp30/CD337.

~33 kDa observed. The target band may appear as a smear ~35-45 kDa due to glycosylations and the presence of multiple isoforms.

Reacts with all 6 human CD337 spliced isoforms (isoform 1/1C7a, isoform 2/1C7c, isoform 3/1C7b, isoform 4/1C7e, isoform 5/1C7f, isoform 6/1C7d).

Purified rabbit polyclonal in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in CD337 transfected HEK293 cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 5.0 µg/mL of this antibody detected NKp30/CD337 in 10 µg of CD337 transfected HEK293 cell lysate.
