Linear peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of rat ERLIN1/SPFH1.
~43 kDa observed

Application

Epitope: C-terminus

Physical form

Purified rabbit polyclonal in buffer containing 155 mM NaCl, 50 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.4, with 0.05% sodium azide and 10% glycerol.

Preparation Note

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.

Analysis Note

Evaluated by Western Blotting in MEF-1 cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:500 dilution of this antibody detected ERLIN1/SPFH1 in 10 µg of MEF-1 cell lysate.

Historically chromatin was considered to contain only DNA, histones, non-histone proteins and transiently associated mRNAs. While this remains true, current data suggest that a variety of non-coding RNAs (e.g. long non-coding RNAs, enhancer RNAs and even miRNAs) also associate with chromatin and serve regulatory functions.
